NICOLAS WHITE, CLAIRE
Claire Nicolas White (Holanda, 1925) es conocida como novelista, poeta, traductora y ensayista. Traducida por primera vez al español, ha publicado entre otros The death of the Orange Trees, Ernestine, Snapshots y Biography&Other Poems. Ha ganado diversos premios literarios, como el Honorable Mention PEN Translation Prize (1985), Phyllis Whitney Writing Award (1988), Walt Whitman Birthplace Award (2005). Actualmente vive en St. James, Long Island, y sigue escribiendo a sus 91 años.
